Charlisia Pearl, Founder & CEO

My journey into leadership began in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative, and by 2010 I was promoted to Shift Manager. From that moment forward, I committed myself to mastering every part of business operations — not just managing companies, but truly understanding them from the ground up.

In 2016, I pursued a degree in Business Administration to strengthen my foundation, and during the 2021 tax year, I stepped out on faith and officially launched my professional career in the accounting and financial services field.

The journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve tunneled through challenges, learned hard lessons, and perfected every scenario within the services I offer — all so my partners, mentees, and clients never have to walk those difficult paths alone.

I built this business on strong principles, high standards, and people-first priorities, always with you in mind. To this day, I still count it all joy and a true privilege that so many have trusted me as your Financial Professional.
